Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges Policy :
  • Due to sanitary reasons, ALL Sales are FINAL and I do NOT accept any returns or refunds
  • We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Once 24 hours has past ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • Exchanges are ONLY acceptable in case our products delivered in a defective or damaged state. If so, please email support@ashliexcosmetics.com and include an image of the defective or damaged product with your name and order number.

Shipping Policy : 

  • Processing time for Press on Nails can be anywhere from 1-7days
  • Every press on nail sets are handmade with love. We will do our best to make every order as soon as possible but please understand that it may take up to 7 days to process your order.
  • Processing time for every other product is 1-3days.
  • *Processing time is NOT a "ship by" date. 7 days processing time means it will take 7 days until we are able to ship your order. It does NOT mean your order will arrive in 7 days.*
Lost/Damaged Package :
  • Ashlie Cosmetics LLC is NOT responsible for any Lost or Damaged packagesOnce a package has been picked up by USPS and the tracking number associated to the order has been updated, it is solely up to them to deliver it safely to your provided address.
  • If your order is marked “delivered” by USPS and it’s missing;
  1. First please check with your neighbors in case the package was delivered to the wrong address/mailbox by mistake. 
  2. If you still cannot locate your package, call your local post office and consult with them. 
  3. You may also file a claim directly with USPS here.

  • Ashlie Cosmetics LLC is NOT responsible for any allergies/injuries. Please make sure to read all of the Ingredients used which are listed within every product description.
  • All of our products are made in a sanitized and clean area.
